Although I indicated to her I was not ready to purchase a new car at this time, she was very nice in showing me the new line of cars. There was no pressure to buy but she offered me a test drive in the new LS 460. Marcy gave a very good presentation in an excellent manner. Sherry has been my service person for the last few times I have taken my car in. She is very nice, knows her stuff, and always lets me know when the car will be ready and if there will be any other charges I have taken my car in. Not only does she tell me, but she carefully explains why I have charges so that I can make a decision about them. I feel very comfortable leaving my car with her. Amanda is the cashier, and she has them bring up my car even when I can see where it is parked in the lot. Some of the other cashiers have me walk to the car. It is sort of nice to have it pulled up for you. Anyway, I love the dealership and would recommend it. More
