I give the service department at the Lexus Woodland Hills a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! He quickly, yet informatively, explained what they were going to service on my 5000 mile free of charge service and got a loaner car for me so I could go to work. I was called when my car was done and was able to trade cars after work at 7 pm (hours of the service department are fabulously convienent).
