Larry listened to my concerns and gave an amazing deal on an IS 250. He was very friendly and there was no tricks that he pulled on us. I recently came in for service having been a long time customer with Vista Lexus.I was alittle nervous about what to expect from the new owners.Craig Jennings immidiately made me feel comfortable.I had qu customer with Vista Lexus.I was alittle nervous about what to expect from the new owners.Craig Jennings immidiately made me feel comfortable.I had questions and concerns about the repairs i needed on my lexus rx300(ilove that car)Craig was very knowledgable and professional in answering all my questions he tried to give me an idea what was needed to be done,the cost involved and although i didnt make an appointment a courtesy car.He explained that until they assessed the problem the cost of repair he gave me was only an estimate.Sherry my long time service rep that i love(she truely is the best)had me in a loaner before i even finished my coffee.The next day i got a call as promised re the repair findings which confirmed exactly what Crair the service dept mgr assessed.When i picked up my car it was washed,and ready when promised,and most of all the cost was within the estimated amountgiven originally.In fact there was a discount that Craig authorized on my repair.My Lexus is 11 years old,it runs perfectly.I'd like to think that beyond the fact that its a great car,the service i have been getting on it from my dealer made a difference.I KNOW IT HAS.THANKS SHERRY FOR ALWAYS TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME, MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT I HAVE REFFERED TO YOU. My wife and I traded in her leased Lexus GS 350 for a Lexus RX. We dealt with Larry Ellis and Michael Sachs. Larry and Michael are very knowledgeable and were excellent in terms of knowing the vehicle Lexus RX. We dealt with Larry Ellis and Michael Sachs. Larry and Michael are very knowledgeable and were excellent in terms of knowing the vehicle and being able to get us the vehicle and the price that we wanted. The only real complaint we had was that we were using a co-signer and were told that the rate and monthly payment would be a certain amount WITH my wife's credit factored in but then when we got to the finance manager we were told something completely different which increased the payment to beyond our price range. However, we were more disappointed with being told the monthly payment was going to be one thing and then finding out that was not accurate. We almost walked out then but eventually were able to come to an arrangement. So overall it was a pleasing experience and the car Larry and Michael were able to get us was phenomenal, we just did not appreciate being told one thing during sales negotiation and then finding out something completely different during finance. The payment was not so much the issue as we could afford both but we didn't appreciate being played like that just to get us in front of the finance manager. There was no haggling over the price because we used the AAA deal but the financing stuff irked us a little bit but not enough to keep us from buying the car obviously. Sherry kept me well informed throughout the process. The sunroof glass on my Lexus had exploded days before I needed to drive my car on a family vacation. Thanks to Sherry and the service manager I had my car back within 48 hours. I should also mention the Lexus body shop employee who came out to look at the damage. He, too, was extremely polite as well as being knowledgeable and concerned for my safety. Thank you Lexus of Woodland Hills. I give the service department at the Lexus Woodland Hills a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! I was able to schedule my appointment for the day after I called with a loaner car so I was able to go bac a 5+ because my experience was fantastic! I was able to schedule my appointment for the day after I called with a loaner car so I was able to go back to work. I was able to call the day of my appointment to postpone my drop off time from 8 am to 1 pm and still keep my loaner car. When I arrived Louis in service quickly attended to me with a friendly affect. He quickly, yet informatively, explained what they were going to service on my 5000 mile free of charge service and got a loaner car for me so I could go to work. I was called when my car was done and was able to trade cars after work at 7 pm (hours of the service department are fabulously convienent). Sherry and Yesenia helped me complete my transaction and I left with a smile. More
