My overall experience was very good. The only downside was that once I was in the process of picking up the car after I had paid, one of the service guys whose name I cannot remember was going through the was that once I was in the process of picking up the car after I had paid, one of the service guys whose name I cannot remember was going through the car with me and we discovered that the right front highbeam was not working. After I left I found out the cd player was not working properly and we called to let them know and they said to bring it in. First of all the car shouldn't have even been on the lot for sale with these problems let alone hand it over to us knowing these issues were going on. Then when me and my dad had dropped off the car about a couple weeks after we picked it up for them to fix these problems, they took out the radio so they could order a new one, I told them one of my cds was stuck in the player and they hadn't taken it out. Then they replaced the highbeam bulb, but when we came to pick it up it still was not working probably because of the electrical system being messed with from taking out the radio system. I then later discovered after I had left the lot that my right left tail light was out, the fact that they didn't notice this before they gave it back to me bothers me because I could have been pulled over and ticketed for that. Their customer service and sales department is very good although their service department either doesn't know what they're doing or is lazy and it is a problem. More

This is one Lexus dealership that I highly recommend for excellent service and reasonable price. My service advisor, Ly Do, is outstanding. Craig Jennings completely understands the meaning of "customer service". I was able to phone Lexus of Woodland Hills (thanks to the kindness of a perfect stranger) after I had locked my keys i "customer service". I was able to phone Lexus of Woodland Hills (thanks to the kindness of a perfect stranger) after I had locked my keys in the trunk with my purse and recently purchased groceries. The operator referred me to Craig who was more than happy to assist me (even after he informed me that my 5 year old Lexus ES 350 was no longer under warranty/Lexus Roadside Service). Not only did he look up the phone number for AAA road service, he PHONED them on my behalf. Later that afternoon, Craig telephoned me just to make sure that all was well. That, my friends, is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Honestly, I was not very pleased with the service that I had received during my last visit and I was considering heading over to Lexus in Van Nuys for my next vehicle maintenance appointment, but Craig has warmed my heart to Lexus of Woodland Hills once again.
