Since the RX350 is popular, reliable, and kept by most owners for years, it was hard to find a used one. Michael kept me up to date on the search, and finally one came in off a lease. Since Michael had answered all of my questions beforehand, the transaction was indeed as easy and painless as he had promised. The car is beautiful and very comfortable, just like I wanted.
