I went into this dealership with a friend who's lease was up on his 2009 is250. After seeing how well they treated him I decided to see what kind of deals they could work with me on a trade in with my 2004 L up on his 2009 is250. After comparing numbers online I was sold on the new 2012 is250 F-sport. They gave me a great deal and great service. I would only take my family and friends here and nowhere else for a Lexus !! More
I drove into the service center to Lexus of Woodland Hills at 3:30 because my rear view mirror was loose, my iPhone was having trouble pairing with my bluetooth in my car and the battery on my remote ke Hills at 3:30 because my rear view mirror was loose, my iPhone was having trouble pairing with my bluetooth in my car and the battery on my remote key was low. I was assisted by Luis Lopez and Sherry Mak. Sherry is always friendly. She called Luis over to help me with my technical problems. He spent 30 minutes with me uninterrupted. By the time I drove out, my mirror was fixed and I had a full explanation on how to change the battery in my remote. Also, I learned how to get into and start my car if the battery is ever dead...and most importantly why my iPhone would not connect with the bluetooth in the car. We reset my phone and everything worked perfectly. Luis' lever of service was off the charts. This visit cost me nothing other than 30 minutes of my time. This is the 2nd car that I have leased from this dealership and with any luck there will be a 3rd. More

The car was EXACTLY the year,make,model and color we had been looking for and Larry exceeded our expectations in every capacity.I can't say enough good things regarding his salesmanship and would happily refer him to family and friends without reservation. We also spent some time with Jerry Banderas, the technolgy specialist, and my wife in particular was very impressed with the way he described the various functions and extras in the car,especially the Navigation system. Jerry was very patient and thorough and a pleasure to work with. There were a couple of items on our due bill that we discussed with Luis Lopez before leaving that day and again,professionally and very personally dealt with. Thank you Luis. These three gentlemen made our experience at Woodland Hills Lexus a memorable one for all the RIGHT reasons. We look forward to doing business with them again in the near future. More
I'll be honest. I didn't come here to buy a Lexus, nor do I own a Lexus. i came because the battery died on my crappy Honda across the street. I was greeted very kindly by Jerry and Vanessa at the door who sympathized with my situation. It was Sunday and the parts department was closed, so no luck getting a new battery. Jerry made a call, and within moments, another employee arrived with a portable battery charger. He was nice enough to walk with me across busy Ventura Blvd. and get me the jump I needed to get back down to the South Bay. Now, I had no business there and they still went out of their way to give amazing customer service. I can only imagine what kind of service they'd give if I did. More
Brian was my first contact and Woodland Hills Lexus. He was very welcoming and friendly. Once Seated inside and ready to purchase Brian took a while to get all the information and documents ready because h was very welcoming and friendly. After Brian I talked to Jerry, who gave me and run down of the car and manuals, also helped set up the Lexus inform. Jerry was very helpful and informative. I also dealt with Mike in finance who was quick, helpful and friendly. More
I bought my vehicle from Mike Skobin & his trainee Brian who were super friendly & did an amzing job to make sure I was happy & satisfied. There were 2 little scuffs on the car, front & rear bumper as I purchased a barely used 2011 so brought it in to be serviced when the spoiler came in & Ly Do was awesome. He was very friendly & knowledgeable. My car did take longer then I was told but Ly called me to give me an update & I would rather have them take their time & do the extra steps to make sure it is done right then have them rush through it & do the job 1/2 way. Glad he is a perfectionist & wanted to make sure it was perfect as the fianl results were amazing. I was very happy w/ the service all the way around & would def. recommend this dealer. More
