Kami Husseini is a very polite salesman who was willing to work with me regarding the trade in of my old IS 250 Lexus towards leasing a new Lexus. I enjoyed the service and performance of my old car and was open to the idea of getting another one. Like other reviews I've read I would have to agree that Kami is a very helpful and informative salesman in a non-aggressive way. He was willing to stay late, past 9pm, to make sure I learned all the unique features of my Lexus and the new navigation system. Also, even after he sold me the car he followed up with me to make sure everything is going well and that all my questions were answered regarding the car features and servicing. 5/5 all the way, I highly recommend him! Had a ridiculous experience with this dealership this week and especially this morning, and after seeing some of the reviews here on Yelp, it sounds like the Kami and management combo is still up to thei week and especially this morning, and after seeing some of the reviews here on Yelp, it sounds like the Kami and management combo is still up to their bait-and-switch tactics, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. I am in the market for a new 2013 GS350. I contacted the sales department of a couple dealerships in the area, and Kami from Woodland Hills contacted me to let me know he had the exact car that I was looking for. After a couple discussions over the phone and via email, we agreed on a price. I called Kami one more time to set up an appointment, and he mentioned that the price we had agreed on was for a lease only (b/c of some manufacturer incentives). And that if I purchased, the price would be $2500 higher. I told him that was not what we had discussed, and if he can't honor the original deal, I wasn't interested. (this dealership is an hour drive from where i live, without the discount, I could get the same price at a dealership down the street) Kami emailed me back about 10 minutes later and said they would honor the original deal we had agreed upon. I agreed and said that I would drive up there the following Saturday to fill out the paperwork, since with our 6 month old, it would be hard to get there on a week night. He then called me at 4pm that day and asked if they could deliver the car that night to our house, and just do the paperwork at my house. I said sure. Then I heard nothing the rest of the day and night. At 1am, i received an email saying that he was sorry. He then asked if we could come in on Saturday at 9am and pick the car up. I said sure. On Saturday (literally, this was two hours ago), i get the wife and the baby into the car, we're there by 9am. Kami shows me the car, we take it for a test drive. All is good. We fill out the credit application. 5 minutes later, he comes back and says "ok, so its going to be $2500 more than we discussed, b/c the $2500 is only for leases". I was flabbergasted. I told him that this wasn't what we discussed. In fact, we discussed this exact issue a couple days ago, and he told me that he would honor the deal anyway. We drove an hour each way under that pretense. He said, sorry he made a mistake. I reminded him that he didn't make a mistake, he made the mistake twice. We asked to talk to the manager, who said sorry, he wouldn't honor the deal, and that Kami made a mistake. I said, I can't believe you won't honor a deal that your dealership put in writing. The manager asked me whether i had an email from "the dealership" or from Kami. I asked him whether or not Kami spoke for the dealership or not. No response. So we walked away. No apologies, no attempt to make it right, no offer to meet me half way, nothing. Literally, my worst dealership experience ever. Unfortunate that these guys have the Lexus logo on their building. They're sullying the brand of a great car manufacturer. More

I was resigned to the fact that I would have to wait a month or two until a new shipment arrived from Japan. I read the great dealer rating and review on this website for Lexus of Woodland Hills and noticed the excellent reviews of Eugene Kang, so I decided to call them and I asked for Eugene. He took down the information of what I was looking for and immediately began checking their stock for an ES350 in the colors and options that I wanted. He called me back a few minutes later informing me that there were two cars on hand that met my criteria. He then e-mailed me the descriptions of the cars including all the installed accessories and options. I decided on one car and we negotiated the price via e-mail, and I made an appointment to come in that evening to pick up the car! I must say that this was the most enjoyable and easist car buying experience that I can remember. I highly recommend buying a car at Lexus of Woodland Hills and be sure to ask for Eugene. More

He was very straightforward, with no bait and switch tactics what so ever. He knows the vehicles, options and his professionalism is outstanding. I have done my homework prior to showing up at the dealership and had an idea of what I should pay for the vehicle with the options I want. Deal that Kami offered me exceeded my expectations. He considered all possible options, rebates and trade-in of my old car which was not fully paid off yet, to give me the best possible price. Thank you Kami. More
