I called around several dealerships looking for a specific model and color combination. Lexus of Woodland Hills was one of the 3 dealerships who had what I was looking for. Kami was very friendly and professional (not like the typical sales person you encounter at most dealerships) and kept his word on our verbal agreement over the phone. Unfortunately, my car was not at the dealership when I went to sign the paperwork. Kami offered to drive the car to my house (approximately 100 miles from the dealership), however his assistance was not needed as I found an alternative to get the car home. I would recommend Kami to all of my friends and family for their next car purchase. More
