The employees were all very welcoming. Did not feel pressured into a purchase ( not that i would have been). When i told them i needed a day to think things over, they did not try to keep be around. It is now 2014, the car is still running and going strong. What better testimony could you ask for? I have wanted a new Lexus for myself for a number of years, and finally bit the bullet as they say. The folks at Woodland Hills Lexus treated me wonderfully. Tim was patient as my friend and I asked so many questions. He presented himself in a professional and courteous manner. Cort was wonderful.
