I’ve bringing my car here since 2016 and I have always been satisfied. On this last visit, the representative (Andy Benson) scheduled to handle my service kept me waiting for 30 minutes or more, without been satisfied. Thank goodness for Hector Lopez Pérez, who immediately took care of me when I explained the situation to him. Thanks to him, he maintained my loyalty to Lexus of Woodland Hills. I would highly recommend him to any other clients having their car serviced here. He explained that my car was in between two servicing target dates. I accepted his recommendations, which meant I avoided bringing my car in again in a few months. He explained everything that would be done that day, and the current status of the tires and brakes, which didn’t require any work. More
