I felt very comfortable. I was provided shuttle service to take me home until my car was finished. My car was finished being serviced a little earlier than promised -which is always a plus. I will not go back to this dealer again I bought an LX 570 from this dealer. The salesperson and finance manager were nice people and they actually tried to help as much as they could, but t I bought an LX 570 from this dealer. The salesperson and finance manager were nice people and they actually tried to help as much as they could, but the people from the service department gave me hard time for the floor mats that I bought from them. ( They ordered the wrong ones and when i went back they didn't want to take it back since I used it for 2 days not to mention i paid for them separate where other dealers would of given them to me for free as a gift.) The main issue is their service department, I went in for the first service, and in that service, tire rotation is included. they rotated the tires then the truck started pulling to the left, after going back 3 times and talking to their technicians and managers, the first technician said it's not pulling and it's fine. I didn't want to argue so i left, then the second time their managers say its pulling very minor & slow "which is normal for a big size SUV", and the third guy who is their supervisor advised me to re-rotate the tires and if the problem goes away it means they have to RE-align the tires and I have to pay for that out of pocket, where the car is under manufacture warranty and plus they sold me an additional warranty. just xxx More

We wanted to retu On Saturday 1/25/2020 we met Paul Rassam, Sales Consultant, and the sales manager, Safa Rahseparat at the Lexus Of Woodland Hills. We wanted to return a 2017 GX Lexus and lease a new car. We were very surprised to meet a sales consultant that was mumbling and kept changing the terms of the deal. The manager was very unpleasant and arrogant. He was angry and kept asking my husband how is it possible that we can't afford to pay extra $$ on the new lease. It was a terrible experience, by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a loyal Lexus customer for the last 12 years, (We leased 4 cars from Lexus) they treated us with utmost disrespect. We also filed a complaint with the BBB. STAY AWAY !!!! More
