Superb Service Salesman Ryan provided me with excellent service. He responded to all of my inquiries and met my requests as to the NXt I was interested in, He had Salesman Ryan provided me with excellent service. He responded to all of my inquiries and met my requests as to the NXt I was interested in, He had it ready for a test drive when I texted him to inform him I was on my way to his dealership. The only issue I had was the price was not negotiable, which is an issue any buyer would have. Other than that, Ryan was knowledgeable of the vehicle and made the prospect of a horrid car buying experience smooth and professional. No "used car dealer" underhanded tactics. I would recommend Ryan and Woodland Hills Lexus to anyone interested in a Lexus. More

Great service experience On being informed by Woodland Hills Lexus Service Department that my ES350 was due for service I scheduled an appointment with my service consultant S On being informed by Woodland Hills Lexus Service Department that my ES350 was due for service I scheduled an appointment with my service consultant Sherry Mak who advised me on the work to be accomplished and duration. I took the car in as scheduled and elected to wait for it. I got caught up with my work while waiting in Lexus relaxing lounge. The work was completed approximately thirty minutes earlier than I was promised and the car was in impeccable condition when I received it. Thanks Sherry. More

I’ve been taking my car for service since I bought the car at Lexus of Woodland Hills. I have always been very happy with their service.
