I have been dealing with Ly Do for 20 years as a mechanic and Service Advisor. He has always been fair and accurate on his estimate of what repairs were needed. He is a real pleasure to work with and as a employer myself I only wish is that I could clone him and hire 20 of them for my business. He has never been in a bad mood nor has he ever cut my time with him short. He is a credit to the Lexus work force and they should be very proud of Ly.
