Hi Anette, I’m sorry it happened this way, but unfortunately in the State of California, a deposit only holds the price of the vehicle, not the vehicle itself. We cannot hold a vehicle that doesn’t have a signed contract on it, if it’s listed for sale, then we must legally sell it assuming all terms are agreed upon.
