TERRIBLE experience! Not only do they add a $995.00 cost for an item you cannot opt out of...THEY WILL SELL YOUR CAR FROM RIGHT UNDER YOU! I'm out of state, had talked with Patrick (sells manager) which wa for an item you cannot opt out of...THEY WILL SELL YOUR CAR FROM RIGHT UNDER YOU! I'm out of state, had talked with Patrick (sells manager) which was to send me the final cost. I waited, asked again to receive it. Was THEN told it had sold an hour later! Lexus makes a good car-but they need a better representative! More
