I truly appreciate this service department. My original service person, Fred was at Glendale Lexus but when he retired I didn't know who to trust. This dealership is great , this is my 3rd leasing car from this dealership , it seems that recently their service is getting messed up because of some inexperienced service advisor staff ? And she was not presented when I picked up my car .( she was in dealer ) , I have to say many thanks to Peter the service manager for his great help to get the job done otherwise my car was still sitting there !
