We walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect. We walked out 2-3 hours later with a very fair deal including a good value on the trade-in. All in all they are great to deal with. I did bring my certified car in for its first service and asked some questions that I found while printing out the service history of this car. I had a question as to why there was "body work" on the orders and why it was out of commision it looked like for at least a month when they got it. I called once and was told to ask the service manager to investigate this. When I asked him at my service, he pretty much ignored me. Told me if the carfax was clean, not to worry. That wasn't the answer I wanted. I felt he just didn't have time for me and while we were talking he took a call. So, while in general I have been happy at this dealer this experience was less than perfect. More
