He was very professional, patient, and hospitable when we arrived. After test driving the car, he listened to any concerns I had and was able to solve them. When I made the decision to purchase the car, the process was efficient and quick. Bob was very up front with us as he walked us through the whole transaction. We were glad to have worked with him. There was no pressure to buy, just candor conversation which led to my wife and I owning our first Lexus! All in all great time management. As Doug took us on a test drive, Charles Rayson ran the numbers and credit check. When we returned from the test drive, the paperwork was awaiting us and we were on our way to sealing the deal! My wife and stated our desired price range and it was met with a "can't beat" deal!Matthew Stern did an outstanding job on giving us a run down of all the bells and whistles on the new machine, was very knowledgeable, and thorough covering the features on the GX 470!
