Koons Lexus of Wilmington is OUTSTANDING. My husband and I own 2 Lexus's so we visit this dealership on a regular basis. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. When you purchase a luxury car, you expect superior service. However, you will NOT get any type of service here at Lexus of Wilmi YOUR TIME HERE. When you purchase a luxury car, you expect superior service. However, you will NOT get any type of service here at Lexus of Wilmington. I am extremely shocked by the poor service I received. I have taken my car in twice to this service department - but NEVER AGAIN will they receive my business. I have been to two other Lexus dealerships across the country (CA and NY, this is because of moving several times) and I have NEVER had such poor service. I never imagined that I would be treated with such disrespect. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. The individuals are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Their premises are also extremely outdated. Try another dealership, don't waste your time here. I am never returning. More
