Sales manager, Robert Nestor and Sales Consultant, Doug Horst made the entire process seamless. We quickly came to an agreement on price and they easily arranged shipping of the vehicle to my state of residence. These guys are really about customer satisfaction. I purchased a special vehicle and the following treatment was more than in line with the purchase. They arranged for service advisor, Riter Ennis to travel out of state to spend the day going over all of the features of the car. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen other than I hope to be able to purchase additional vehicles from them in the future! More

We looked at a new ES350, and mentioned our interest in a hybrid to Doug Horst. He opened the listings of preowned dealer certified cars. We found a 2014 ES300h with only 16000 miles on the odometer. That caught our interest and when we learned the no-haggle price we were sold. We saved thousands compared to the price of a new conventional car and got the hybrid we wanted. We had intended to shop around, but the no-haggle pricing and dealer certification program made it easy to buy without feeling we had to shop to get the best deal. Doug was a no-pressure guy. He made the buying experience a pleasure. More

You can learn a lot about different cars, features and programs on the Internet, but nothing beats a test drive. And a salesman who isn't in a hurry to get to the next deal. More

We weren't ready to buy at the time, but the kindness he showed as he informed us about the different models and his patience as he answered my numerous questions, made us decide that when we purchased our Lexus we would purchase it from him. He even sent me pictures of the RX 350 to place on my vision board. The actual purchase process of the vehicle was tremendous. Everyone was very nice and friendly as we went through each step of the process. From Purnell in Sales, Brian in Finance to Debbie in Technology everyone made us feel special...which confirmed that we made the right choice, By the time we were done we felt like royalty and we were ecstatic about our new purchase. I have never before experienced such a professional level of service as I did with Lexus of Wilmington. To top it off, we were invited to attend an owner's event sponsored by Jason, the Service Director, that was awesome. We ate, won prizes, received gifts, learned more about our vehicle from Matt and Debbie, as well as the services provided by the dealership.
