Awesome experience with Pernell! Love my new car and could not be happier with the service at the dealership! Pernell was awesome! My car didn't have headrests in the back seat so he told me he'd order them.. I thought it would take about a week or so.. I was shocked when they were at my doorstep the next morning :) I've been recommending Pernell and Koons Lexus to everyone I know! Drew was also awesome! Got some great add-ons! More

Highly Recommend I was drawn to Lexus of Wilmington based on a 2013 GS 350 they had for sale. It was priced to sell and I thought the hour drive would be worth the ti I was drawn to Lexus of Wilmington based on a 2013 GS 350 they had for sale. It was priced to sell and I thought the hour drive would be worth the time. My experience with them was the best I have ever had in 40 years of buying cars. Jim Ruggiero was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, informative and a straight shooter. I road tested the car, closed the deal, completed the paperwork, and received technology training over the course of about 3 hours. Having been in other dealerships all day to make a purchase, this was the fastest I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Jim Ruggiero and Lexus of Wilmington. More
