I arrived at the dealership at around 9 am, only test drove 1 vehicle because that was the vehicle I knew I wanted, and had to leave and come back to the dealership due to a previous engagement because all of the paperwork wasn't finished. Ultimately, I arrived at 9 am, left the first time at 1pm, came back at 5pm and ended up not leaving with my purchased vehicle until 8 pm that night. I think it's a bit ridiculous that it takes 8 hours in all to purchase a car and it's never taken that long at any other company. More

I was looking for a hybrid to replace my gas guzzling Navigator and I was most interested in the CT.
