I'd be hard-pressed to buy anywhere else. I've had TWO wonderful leasing experiences here at Lexus of Wilmington. Both times, John Skehan went out of his way to ensure I had the BEST customer I've had TWO wonderful leasing experiences here at Lexus of Wilmington. Both times, John Skehan went out of his way to ensure I had the BEST customer experience. This most recent time - earlier this week - John knew I couldn't get in the for a test drive, so he brought the car to me. Who does that? I felt like Taylor Swift or something.... Then, when I got in there to do the final paperwork and pick up the car, it was as smooth as could be...no surprises at all. Before I drove off with my car though, Matt, the technologist, spent a good amount of time with me so that I knew exactly how to use all the bells and whistles my new NX200t has to offer. Check them out. You cannot go wrong! Oh, and by the way, we have all of our service done here as well. They always treat us as if we are their one and only customer. More

It gave me peace of mind that i had been taken care of. Hard to find client adviser/managers like him. Made a deal for the RX 350 F-sport and extremely happy.
