Went to look at the new GX550. Sat down with a sales rep and they tacked a 10k “market adjustment” price onto the MSRP of the vehicle. No other Lexus dealer was doing that! We walk Sat down with a sales rep and they tacked a 10k “market adjustment” price onto the MSRP of the vehicle. No other Lexus dealer was doing that! We walked out! A week later the dealership called back to say they are not doing market adjustments on the GX. I told them too late for us because we drove up the street and purchased a new BMW X5! Left a bad taste in our mouthes since we are already an owner of a Lexus! More

I am sending this note out to everyone I can in your dealership with the hopes that someone will FINALLY help us. We are tired of the no calls back and yes we can fix this with absolutely no results! The title that you sent with car is INCOMPLETE .. we CANNOT register it in Calif with what you gave us so again you have sold this car illegally without title .
