He was very professional, patient, and hospitable when we arrived. After test driving the car, he listened to any concerns I had and was able to solve them. When I made the decision to purchase the car, the process was efficient and quick. Bob was very up front with us as he walked us through the whole transaction. We were glad to have worked with him. I would also like to acknowledge other employees from the dealership that helped get the deal done: Kevin Glenn, Chuck Rayson, and Drew Greene.
