aHonestly 0. 5 stars. After 5 hours of salesman pretending to listen what I said (I'm a financial analyst for JPMorgan Chase), they would come back with same total 5 stars. Continued to change topic to where I'm from instead of listening to what I say. Salesman had some knowledge, beyond that, the "technology specialist" assigned to me had NEVER even been in my vehicle type/model before... service is an absolute ZERO. I'm shocked a LEXUS dealership would soil the brand. Also, the 5 star ratings of individuals are for tasks such as "answering a basic question" or "doing someone elses job as they were, unavailable".
