True 5 star experience with the Koons Lexus team. Had an appointment to look at pre owned Lexus’. The salesman showed my wife and I what was available online and stated he would get us a shuttle to where the vehicles were located. He made copies of our drivers licenses , returned to get our email and phone numbers and went off again . He never came back ! Ridiculous. We waited for an 1 1/2 hr, and didn’t get to see one car We left since he was missing in action. I guess he didn't need our business ! More
