I've owned over 10 Lexus'. I buy a new one every year, so I'm very aware of the Lexus sales process/treatment. This was my first and last sales experience with Koons. The servi I buy a new one every year, so I'm very aware of the Lexus sales process/treatment. This was my first and last sales experience with Koons. The service I've received was subpar at best. I have had issues with my brand new RX. I reached out to my Sales rep to explain my situation. He literally said "let me look into this, I'll call you back"-no goodbye, Nothing. Just hung up the phone. Three weeks later & NO call back. In the meantime, I've been trying to get ahold of the finance dept in regards to another issue, 3 calls in and NO call back! Finally after almost three weeks, I reach out again. He gives me a quote for a new car and it's absurd. When I wrote back it's too expensive, his response was "ok". Not how can we help you with all the issues with the car-nothing! Very disappointing. I got an email from the rep who handles the reviews and follows up on satisfaction surveys. She asked me to fill out the satisfaction survey, I told her I wouldn't be filing it out. You would think that would trigger, there is an issue! I spoke with the sales manager to voice my concerns. Very nice person and listened to all of my concerns. She put together a new deal-but still wasn't anywhere near good after seeing the numbers via email. This all could have gone a different direction if the sales rep just called me back right away after I bought the car! Sad to say, Koons not just lost my yearly Lexus purchase, they're no longer my go to service dept. More
