Went to Lexus of Wilmington a 2 hr drive from my home to look at cars, I’ve wanted a Lexus for years. As soon as i pulled up Darren Nicholson walked past my car i opened my door and started asking him about look at cars, I’ve wanted a Lexus for years. I’ve never experienced service like this at a car dealership let alone a futuristic electronic checkout with the Finance Manager Andrew Saksa and Djibril Semega. My contract was signed digitally on his huge desk. No more signed documents / contracts folded and put inside of an envelope to take home. All of my paperwork was save on a USB DRIVE for me to take home. I thought my experience at Lexus of Wilmington was superb when I purchased my LS 400 back in 1996…they’ve officially gained a lifetime customer. I will be sure to refer everyone to Anthony Esquivel.
