I just stopby to see if I would actually like this used Toyota Rac4 2016 at Lexus of Wilmimgton or not. But to my surprise the dealer guy so humble and customercentric of that os a word. I had the pleasure of working with Troy and Kyle today on the purchase of a vehicle. Troy provided exemplary service throughout the entire purchase process. Initially I saw the vehicle online and it was at the purchase of a vehicle. Troy provided exemplary service throughout the entire purchase process. Initially I saw the vehicle online and it was at another dealership. Troy called and explained it was located at another dealership. However he was able to get the vehicle delivered to Lexus of Wilmington and meet me for a test drive. This was the most “low pressure” process I have ever encountered. During the process Troy explained all options, warranties etc, all with no pressure, more conversational. He should certainly be the bar for what’s a customer service sales person should be. I recommend working with Troy and asking for him by name when contacting Lexus of Wilmington. More
