After our past experiences purchasing a new vehicle, we were dreading the experience, but knew it was a necessity. From our initial contact, the recommendations to do business with Scholfield Lexus were confirmed. Try as I might to think an area that was below our expectations, I am unable. The transparency in which they partner with you is like no other experience we have had. Our business was valued by them. The information gathering stage was met with an abundance of data, the negotiation process was the most joyful I have EVER had. No gimmicks, just honest communication. I knew they truly considered each offer. From the time we wrote up the first offer to when we had finalized the deal, no more than 20 minutes passed. (It would have been sooner, but I was stubborn.) The sales manager treated us with the upmost respect. This should be the model for other dealerships in Kansas! When it came time for auto delivery, they have the best check and balance system in place. Our car was detailed, after market options installed, and the tank topped off - even without my reminding them. And the follow up? Every inquiry I made was met with professionalism and transparency. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give them the opportunity to meet your needs. But be prepared to be blown away - they will exceed your expectations. I will be back. That's more than I can say about the other dealerships we have dealt with. More

I looked at a few different cars, and decided on the 2011 Lexus RX 350. The dealership did not have an RX 350 with the exact options/packages that I wanted. They sent the information of my sale to the plant so the plant would immediately ship the RX I wanted to my dealership. I know that Lexus has a reduced inventory resulting from production delays after the earthquake in Japan, but I was in a hurry to get my car. My salesman, Vu Nguyen, knew I wanted the car as quickly as possible. When he learned that the car ordered from the plant would not be ready for 3+ weeks, he searched other dealerships to find the exact car I wanted. Although he anticipated a week before it could be delivered, it arrived within two days. Vu and the dealership had my car prepped and ready for me to pick up just before I needed to leave on a long-planned family road trip. Because Vu strives to deliver great customer service for anyone coming in, he researched currently available rebates and found a current customer loyalty rebate for which I qualified due to the 2004 purchase of the RX 330 from Scholfield. Vu is truly an asset to Scholfield and the Lexus family. My wife has serviced her car at the Scholfield dealership for the past 7 years and we are very pleased with their customer care, professional attitudes, and quality service. More

I used to hate the car buying process but thanks to everyone at Scholfield Lexus I no longer dread going to the dealership. They made it the best car buying experience ever! I felt like part of the Lexus family before I even bought a car. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect for us. I can't say enough good things about the dealership, the sales people and the service department. Everyone was extremely friendly, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the cars. Now that we have the car we can take it in for free car washes anytime, courtesy car when our car is being serviced and complimentary trips to the airport. They did everything possible to make sure that we were beyond satisfied and they definitely succeeded. I would recommend Scholfield Lexus to anyone who is looking to get amazing customer service, not just while you buy the car, but once you own it! More
