Over the years I have purchased 8 Lexus from Scholfield Lexus. The buying experience has always been top notch. My experience with the service department has always been great also. I am very particular about any rattles or air noise issues, the few times I have taken a car is for that sort of concern they have always found the problem and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. They are genuinely amazed that the dealership is so customer oriented and customer friendly. Recently, when I needed to return the car to the shop for repairs, one of my friends remarked, "Hah! Good luck, you'll have to go all the way to Lexus headquarters for that." Well, my friend was absolutely wrong--Because I go to Scholfield Lexus, I did have good luck with that!
