I have had all servicing done here since new and had no issues until they broke my XM radio while replacing the recalled airbag. It seems they don't even care about my inconvenience or unhappiness. They said the part needed will take two weeks to get and they'll call me when it's in stock. C'mon, it's the 21st century and FedEx can get just about anything from one location to another overnight. It's obvious that they simply don't care and are unwilling to go the extra mile for a loyal customer, even though THEY BROKE IT! The coffee and donuts are good (that's why I gave them a second star) but I'm afraid I'm done with Lexus of Westminster. More

I used the Costco auto sales option and they got me in touch with the Westminster internet sales department. I worked with Eddie and he was by far my favorite car salesman. So refreshing to deal with a friendly, informative salesman. Seems like most of the car salesmen in the past were monotone grumpy old men with no technical knowledge. Eddie showed me the changes and how to use the new features with ease. I hope to deal with Eddie for my next Lexus and highly recommend him to anyone buying a Lexus. The financial guy was very nice too. Thanks so much for a refreshing experience guys! More

Reggie pressured me on the phone to give him my info but I refused. About 2 hours later he called me back. He must have got my phone number from caller ID. He starts giving me high pressure sales pitches. I told him I was not interested and he got rude with me. He made me mad enough to call and complain to his manager and write this review. I will never buy a car from this dealer or call them again. More

They only had one in the inventory and Kevin Byram an internet sales manager gave an great quote. I followed with him multiple time as to the down payment and confirming the monthly rate. In addition I told him, I live much farther and wanted to confirm they would honor the price when I went to the dealer. Kevin was not working on the day I went to the dealership but he recommended one of his colleagues who would help us with the lease. In addition he mentioned all Emails were printed and handed to the colleague. After the test drive, I asked to get the paper work started and get the deal promised to me. The sales man disappeared for 45 minutes without anyone checking on us or providing an update. Finally Gary Twombley the director of internet sales came in an said he is not willing to honor the offer and it was a mistake. They argue the sales manager does not have the authority to offer deals to customers without directors approval At the end of the conversation he offered me a much higher price than other dealers which was a complete insult. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealer. More

Before my dad bought the car, he asked them whether this car was involved in any collision because the mileage was a bit high. They said no. However, after purchase, my dad found a Work Order inside the car stating that the car's bumper and reflectors were replaced in April, 2016. If my dad had known about these prior damages, he would not have bought the car. Lexus of Westminster lied to my dad in order to make a sale. They basically sold him a "new" car with prior damages and did not disclose this fact. They are not a trustworthy dealership. More
Their low unacceptable service has damaged Lexus reputation 5000 miles service was perfect. Three of my wheels got bad large deep scratch, and even chip at the holes & edge to insert nuts. Obviously, they did not use right tool which were either short socket or long socket without protective plastic. It took me 4 phone calls before service manager was available to talk to me on the phone. Once I brought the car in, I believe I met service director and he agreed to have wheel specialist to fix them next week. The thing bothers and makes me unhappy still is his 2 additional comments. 1. The scratches are expected to happen during tire rotation sometimes. I wonder if any customer would let his dealer to touch their cars if he says that to them. His team did not do a good job which damage Lexus reputation and he should find way to improve and fix it. 2. He suggested that he will refuse to do any service relating to the wheels for me in the future. I wonder he is afraid that the wheel fix would not last or am I such a picky customer in which is he afraid to deal with. Well, his dealer already lost my trust and I would not let any dealer touch my car unless it is free service or warranty service since my best friend happens to be the best mechanic. More

Had to get towed back to dealer right after picking car up Lexus of Westminster California boasts on their website that they are the only Lexus dealership in Orange County that has been awarded the prestigious Lexus of Westminster California boasts on their website that they are the only Lexus dealership in Orange County that has been awarded the prestigious Elite title. And they have won it for the past 11 years. I can't imagine why after the terrible ordeal I had with them. I received in the mail a recall letter to get my passenger airbag replaced. I had to wait two weeks for the appointment as it takes them two days to replace it. When they told me my car was ready, I always do a slow walk around the car looking for scratches or dents and make sure all the inside controls work. I found 12 problems to fix: 1. The valve stem cover on one tire was very loose and would have fallen off. 2. Navigation Display was in French not English. 3. My front license plate is a custom personal plate from 50 years ago. Last Christmas my wife spent $100 getting it restored removing dents and new paint. Working on my car their mechanic scraped the paint off the six letters & numbers. It cost me $37 to get it repainted. 4. My front license plate with the dealer Lexus frame was missing one black bolt cover. This happened when my plate was scraped. 5. Neither the front or rear license plates and their frames were cleaned on the $240 detailing. 6. A fuse box cover from under the dash right door was laying in my trunk. 7. The right door would not unlock or lock with the key fobs. 8. The right door seat memory controls were dead and the right door powered passenger seat made a beeping sound when adjusting it. 9. My steering wheel was no longer horizontal when driving straight. It tilted 20 degrees to the left. 10. When I drove away from the dealership two warning lights came on: VSC and VSC OFF. My manual says when they both come on it means Vehicle Stability Control has failed and to immediately go to dealer. 11. Driving back to the dealership I stopped at a store to get a cold drink. When I walked back to my car I found the FOB had a dead battery as it would not unlock the car. 12. When I started the car I could not release the parking brake because the mechanic did not reattach my hand release to foot parking brake mechanism! Waiting for the tow truck I had to stand in the hot 98° sun for over an hour to keep people from parking behind me as I had to get towed from the rear. My service advisor fixed all my problems and told me his boss, the service manager, said they would pay for a repaint of my custom license plate if I had a receipt. I have a hard copy of this in an email from him. I had the damaged plate repainted for $37 and brought it and my receipt and email to the dealer but my service advisor said to me that reviewing it that the scrapes did not warrant the dealer paying for it. I told him I have a photo of it right after they damaged it and do I have to contact your USA headquarters to say you are not honoring your word? I thought that honor was very big in Japan. He then took my painted plate and hard copies to his service manager. He returned and said within two weeks I will received a check in the mail for $37. I never received the check. The reason I bought two Lexus's was their reputation for exemplary service. But having to get towed back to the dealer right after picking up my car is really bad. And to discover 12 problems to fix when they said my car was ready. How do they rate their Elite award with bad service like that? More

After Yui's guidance we fell in love with CT-F, he didn't have the vehicle we wanted in stock so he personally went for the vehicle himself. Yui's upbeat attitude and customer service is world class! With this my next vehicle will be purchased at the Lexus of Westminster! Thank you Lexus and most of all Yui! Give that man a raise!!! More
