I felt no pressure about buying at all. He took my offer to his manager and came back with a very acceptable offer in return. It was such an easy, hassle-free process and he made it a very pleasant experience. Although the financing took a little time (as it always does at every dealership), Tony Martinez made it easy and straight-forward. The entire sale went smoothly. I think Lexus of West Kendall has made a loyal customer of me. My new car is beautiful and I got it at a wonderful price!! Thanks so much for doing such great business. More

I must although bring forward the exceptional service I received from the Vehicle Technology Specialist Harold De La Cruz. I leased my vehicle on a Friday evening and had received a call from Harold Saturday morning asking me to come in with my vehicle so he can show me all the crooks and cannies the car has to offer. Harold was very professional and took his time showing me how to connect the Bluetooth with the vehicle, helping me program my favorite radio stations as well as showing me how to access XM Radio. Harold was extremely friendly and I felt very comfortable with him and the way he showed how to use my vehicle. He took his time and not only did he explain the inside of my IS 250, he also took the time to show me the outside of my vehicle and the certain features it has such ways to lock the trunk and glove compartment as well as showing me how to turn the car on with the remote. I highly recommend all my friends and family who are interested in purchasing a Lexus to come by this dealership and immediately ask for Harold who takes pride in his work and is very easy to contact and very flexible with scheduling an appointment. I am beyond fulfilled with my experience here at Lexus of West Kendall. More

He really understands the concept in customer service and is a very smart and kind individual. I would definitely recommend friends & family to experience the purchase of a lexus because they have great people like Harold and I would love for them to see the kind of assistance that he provides. He goes out of his way to inform me and help me with all my questions and needs regarding the many features I would've never known of. His pleasant attitude is amazing. Other than that I wouldn't. I went over there for service or questions a few times and was treated like I was given a free car! Not happy with "SOME" of the service gentleman back there. More
Bait and Switch - Run Like The Wind! Since I was in the market for a certified used RX350, I was very impressed with the (facade) number of RX's on their website, and their prices (facade Since I was in the market for a certified used RX350, I was very impressed with the (facade) number of RX's on their website, and their prices (facade) seemed attractive compared to others I had seen throughout Florida. So, after a couple days of giving information to one person, then another, folks out of the office for the day, not calling back, etc. I discovered a couple things: 1. Most of the vehicles on their website, Autotrader.com, and Cars.com are NOT "available". 2. Once you find one that is actually still available, while the list price is attractive, you have to ADD $1,297.00 ($799 Dealer Fee + $498 Filing Fee) in Dealer JUNK Fees! 3. They gave me the lowest value on my trade...lower than anyone else in the State of Florida by a lot. First, Edwin said that was the book value for my trade only to contradict himself later. Edwin liked to say they have the lowest prices around which may be true of their list price, but I have not seen anyone in the State of Florida who charges even close to the $1,297 in junk fees charged by Lexus of West Kendall. Don't fall for their shenanigans. What looks like an attractive price (if it is "available") will not be attractive when they add in their junk fees and old-school dealership methods. Fortunately there are many other options around, and I am happy to say I just purchased my RX yesterday from a different dealer, and it was an extremely positive experience! You do not need to settle for less than you deserve! Steer Clear of Edwin and Lexus of West Kendall. More

After the lease of my vehicle I met with Harold De La Cruz the Vehicle Technology Specialist who would educate me on how to use all the technology features that came with my vehicle. Harold has a lot of knowledge regarding every aspect of the vehicle and answered all my questions and concerns. Harold showed me how to set up my bluetooh device, preset my favorite radio stations, how to use my navigation, adjust my settings, etc, etc. I even learned how to use the Lexus App Suite! Harold even told me that he is available for help at any time in case I had any future concerns, Harold is a great professional and an asset to this company. I would definitely recommend him to any Former or Future Lexus Owners. Thanks Harold! More

So instead of making a legit profit on the vehicle they decide to make more money on these bogus fees. I understand up to a couple hundred for paperwork, it is a lot but almost 1300.00 is just crazy. These numbers are hard printed on price quote sheet and are not negotiable. Also check your used car after delivery. My vehicle was over serviced about 2 inches on the dipstick, and license plate about fell off on the way home because they only put one screw in it. More
