I always wanted to have a Lexus and I was driving a Mazda and paying on time to improve my credit and have the opportunity to trade it in. So I came to this dealership and found a salesman called Inti Llanes. I was not sure if I could have my RX 350 because my credit was not the excellent one. After some advices he gave me I decided to purchase a pre owned vehicle because it was the one I could afford. End of the story? I’m driving a beautiful 2016 RX350 and it was possible due to the professionalism I found at Lexus of West Kendall. Javi, my finance manager, did it great, he found the car to fit my budget and made it possible with a 7% interest, more than good for my credit. I’m really thankful and I’m driving my dreamed car now. I truly recommend Lexus of West Kendall to everybody. More

Trunk under warranty does not get repaired After taking my car twice last week to have the trunk door fixed, the service department not only did not fix it, but they have ignored the problem. I have left messages for the service manager to contact and nobody has called me back. Since my problem has been ignored by this dealer, I will take further action. I will contact the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. More

Stay away from Lexus of west Kendall I’m not one to write a negative review but Lexus of West Kendall earned this one. Whenever I bring my RCF in for service I always advice them to pleas I’m not one to write a negative review but Lexus of West Kendall earned this one. Whenever I bring my RCF in for service I always advice them to please not wash the car as I had just gotten a $1,400 paint correction after buying the car used from them last year. Lexus then proceeds to wash my car with what looks like they used sandpaper. More than half of the time I cannot get into contact with any type of management or better yet a call back. I’ve been battling with them for months yet they still refuse to pay for the damage that THEY caused. This is only one of the several issues I’ve had with this dealer. Lexus of West Kendall is not only careless but also extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this dealer at all cost!!!! More
