Poor communications Called to order service for my Lexus. Made appt. Then later same day called to cxl due to work schdule conflict..just in case. Then next day (day of appt) they showed up to pick up my car. I agreed as things worked out. The advisor Danny Sutter)called me to inform they were going to deliver my car the next morning. When I inquired on the time of arrival advisor confirmed after 9am. Day of delivery the driver showed up at 825am! This has been the most disconnected communication service I have ever encountered with Lexus. Unacceptable! More
