Great service as always and my car was finished quick. My car was bought in for a locking mechanism replacement which was taken care of the same day. I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced so My car was bought in for a locking mechanism replacement which was taken care of the same day. The service also noticed an issue with my ac that I did not recognize and had the problem taken care of also the same day. When I arrived to pick up my car it was out front clean and ready to go. I love the Lexus brand because the cars are nice and dependable and the customer service is excellent. More

Basically this crooked guy offered free maintenance and other things then he charged it to me at $1395 + increased the price of car. I told him I didn’t need it the maintenance service plan and he still add it to the total price.
