My home of records(where I joined the military from and my state of residence) is New Hampshire and I'm legally obliged to register my vehicle in NH under Service Member civil relief act. This is so I don't have to change plates every 2-3 years when the navy decides to move me. I have asked if your dealership was able to assist with this process before engaging in vehicle selection and the answer was Yes! I picked a car, drove 3.5 hours up to Florida keys to find out your finance department has no idea how to do this. "I have never heard of this in 15 years of doing this" was the statement I got from them....after waiting for 3 hours. I've spent several weeks negotiating with Ted, all under false pretenses that you actually know how to register a car in another state. To top it off, your manager Mr. Seeley...wow.... would buy a banana from that guy. If someone is willing to make $35000 purchase, no need to be stingy over $182 floor mats. More
