Lexus of West Kendall

My appointment was not on the system, and is not all I received a call from a lady to schedule my service, I never received confirmation and when I got to the shop I was not on the system. I went with my baby and they made me get back in the car and drive in, my car was ready and nobody cared to let me know, I found out after almost 2 hours waiting. The cashier simply handed me the keys and my car was nowhere around, it was the last car on the top of the ramp. Thank God someone was passing by, and so my struggle with bags and a baby and offered to get the car. never had such a bad experience before at any other dealer, worst customer service! PS the baby room was a great touch, but it’s filthy! More

Lexus is the best brand I came to the dealership last night to buy my own lease and I was told Lexus does not charges fees to their customers when they buy they own leases.
