Oblivious staff and unprofessional service rep I showed up to my appointment on time and Jacob Shaunfield was not in his office. I waited 14 minutes before he showed up and arrogantly asked me what I showed up to my appointment on time and Jacob Shaunfield was not in his office. I waited 14 minutes before he showed up and arrogantly asked me what he could do for me. Then when I advised him I had an apt with him for an oil change he Asked if I wanted the full service. I declined. To my surprise I waited 2h30 min and then when I went to ask the cashier she had the key to my car but no service ticket. She called Jakob over 7 times and he never replied. I was held there until 1:17 against my will because someone decided not to do their job. This is going to be escalated to corporate. We have 2 vehicles leased through this dealership for a total of $57,000 and I guarantee you we will never lease another vehicle from this dealership again More

Support the independent mechanics It's sad to see a big service center filled with all sorts of employees valets, assistants, and some employees walking around with an iPad looking bus It's sad to see a big service center filled with all sorts of employees valets, assistants, and some employees walking around with an iPad looking busy. Had to wait 20 minutes to see the service writer because he was taking his time with other customers. He managed to step out of his office for a minute, when another employee said that I had an appointment to see him. The service writer (Jacob), walked past me and said in general,he was busy with other customers; "He's just gonna have to wait," referring to me. The 20k mile servive turned into a simple oil change because of his demeanor and price as well..... I'll start going to a reputable shop that can do the same service for a lot less money. They won't be as rude as Jacob, either. More
