I contacted Lexus West Kendall for service, engaging in a telephone conversation during which I obtained a service quote. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment and visited the Lexus West Kendall dealershi telephone conversation during which I obtained a service quote. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment and visited the Lexus West Kendall dealership to proceed with the service. Upon my arrival and completion of the pre-approved services, I was informed that certain fees were not included in the initially provided price. Consequently, additional charges were imposed for the contracted services. To substantiate my account and dispel any misconceptions, I have attached the service receipt detailing the supplementary fee. Their assertion was that the initially quoted price pertained to a standard vehicle. However, during the phone inquiry, I explicitly provided information about the make, model, and year of my vehicle. Moreover, it seems implausible that the Lexus brand would classify any of their vehicles as 'simple' as per their claim. It appears that their strategy involves presenting a lower estimate to entice customers seeking affordability from a dealership. To be candid, this tactic appears to be a deceitful ploy. Having already requested time off from work to safeguard my vehicle from potential issues and forfeiting a day's salary, I found myself subject to their manipulation. I caution others to exercise prudence – do not place unwavering trust in telephone estimates and be skeptical of verbal assurances. Similar to adept manipulators, they may employ various tactics to extract funds. Despite affording another dealership an opportunity, it has become apparent that they all operate from the same playbook. In an era where living in a society devoid of scruples, lacking ethics and honesty, becomes increasingly challenging and unbearable, it is essential to recognize that we exist within a community. Individuals contribute to this community through hard work to earn their livelihood. Unfortunately, with each passing day, more people in Miami adopt cunning practices, deceiving fellow community members. This is akin to betraying a member of one's own family. While acknowledging the significance of the capitalist system, where services are paid for, breaching the trust of those who rely on you represents the epitome of unethical behavior. More

I have a Masters Degree in Finance so I read papers and all the line items. Included was an accessories fee on a used car for $1995 which made no sense so they agreed to remove it. I went on Sunday and went for a test drive and was allowed to drive one block and drive one block back. I'm sorry but that is not a realistic time frame to even evaluate a car and not take it on the highway. Fine didn't get a long test drive. I then ask for a revised invoice minus the fees and the invoice is still too high because now there is an additional $1098 added and no line item to explain. I then text Cecil to get an answer to which I haven't gotten a response all day. Must be nice to not care about customers or want to help them. I can straight up buy this car in cash, but won't since I can't even get simple explanations or anybody who cares. Say whatever you want about the customers - I have a right to spend my money elsewhere and the customer experience was egregiously poor. More

Dropped off car for recall service and for repair of the drivers side mirror that was not setting correctly. In meeting with service advisor, I was told that the price for the mirror motor was over $900.00 drivers side mirror that was not setting correctly. In meeting with service advisor, I was told that the price for the mirror motor was over $900.00 and that was the issue without even looking at the mirror and how it was malfunctioning. I pointed out that Germain Lexus in Naples actually diagnosed the problem when I had the GX460 in for a service when I was visiting Naples. Germain gave me the part number and price so that I could have West Kendall Lexus repair once the part was ordered. The service "advisor" again did not look at it and then said that the part number was for the glass, which it was not and which I verified myself by on-line review of Lexus Parts. The $900 + price is even more than an entirely new mirror, not to mention whatever labor they intended to jack-up. Will just wait for my next visit to Naples and have Germain Lexus install/repair for less than $200.00. Just reinforces my beliefs on how they can build their gaudy dealership through gouging service customers. More

DO NOT BUY AT LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL! Purchased a brand DO NOT BUY AT LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL! Purchased a brand new Lexus UX 200 F Sport on October 22. During the test drive all was OK. October 23 I noti DO NOT BUY AT LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL! Purchased a brand new Lexus UX 200 F Sport on October 22. During the test drive all was OK. October 23 I noticed that the steering wheel was not centered. Took the car back and they fixed the issue. October 24 I drove the car on the highway and the car was vibrating when driving at any speed over 40MPH October 24 Took the car back to the dealer and service department claimed all was OK. I did not accept that answer and I called the Sales Manager and he asked Service to do a balance on all 4 wheels October 24 Picked up the car after the balance and issue was still there October 24 I drove back to the dealer and complained again since the car is brand new and should not be vibrating. Dealer asked to wait bercasue they were going to get approval from Lexus to replace the tires because issue was that tires have flat spots from being parked without moving for too long. October 26 I called Lexus corporate and asked for help, seems like the dealer did not need any approval for anything. They were just giving me the round around because they did not want to replace the tires since it was going to cost them money October 26 Lexus spoke to the dealer and they agreed to replace the tires. I dropped the car that day and when I went to pick it up on the 27 the car had a suspension noise. I dropped the car AGAIN at the dealer! NEW CAR REMEMBER! October 27 Went into the main building and asked to speak with General Manager I was told to come by the office at 12PM . I arrived at 12PM and he kept me waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to speak! Great customer service if you ask me. I finally spoke to him and explained everything that was happening. He then called the Service Manager to get his side of the story. The service manager DID NOT know he was on speaker and basically admitted he knew the tires were bad and yet did not replaced them, then also admitted that they finally replaced the tires but the tires they used are from another car ( new car ) that was also seating at the garage for almost a year. Therefore the replacement tires ALSO have flat spots. I demanded the dealer to cancel the sale and refund my money. General manager asked me to give him a day so he could get that done for me. Well it has been a day and yet he has not called me. As of today October 29 I have a new Lexus with bad tires on it because Lexus of West Kendall was too cheap to properly replace the tires. A brand new car with only 6 days of use! More
