Our first visit to Lexus of Wesley Chapel. Went to this dealership for scheduled maintenance for our GS 350. We were very impressed as we approached the building and grounds. Met with Heath Bradburn the service adviser; extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He took us on a tour; the facility was impecible; spotless and the most customer friendly dealership we have been to. Brad introduced us to fellow team members, Mike Brockway, Randy Newbold and Lily Do, they were a pleasure to deal with. Although we have to drive a distance, it will become our new Lexus family home. The big surprise was that we wound up buying a new model. More

10K Miles Regular Maintenance Heath, the service advisor assigned to me, was awesome! He expalined everything that needs to be done and set expectations well.
