Chris LoMato and the service department were exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to answer any questions and make us feel at home. He arranged for a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was being serviced and gave us a tour of the facility. We were very impressed with the dealership. The customer service waiting area is bar none top of the line. Mike Brockway introduced himself and offered his services for any future needs. We are proud to be new members of the Wesley Chapel Lexus family. More

Lexus Oil change and car wash. The service staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. When. My car was brought back and I noticed another light was on Oil change and car wash. The service staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. When. My car was brought back and I noticed another light was on they immediately took the car back and put me in a loaner vehicle. I did not have an appointment to get my oil changed as I was only in the area looking for houses and they immediately got me in for the needed service no questions asked. The amenities at the dealership are outstanding as well and more what I am used to. The dealership here in Charleston SC is severely lacking to the point that they don't even do car washes. The dealership I got my car from in San Antonio I would go to weekly or more frequently just to have it washed which is a huge benefit of owning a Lexus. I throughly enjoyed my experience at the dealership in Wesly Chapel. I will return and recommend it to others. Everyone I encountered provided outstanding customer service to exclude the detail service manager who removed the tree sap from car. Thank you all again. More
