Amazing experience I moved back from Naples 2 years ago and was going to Lexus of Tampa Bay for service. It was always a hassle so I put off my service. My experience at Wesley Chapel Lexus today was worlds better! I called and got in the same day. The dealership is beautiful, clean and even has a place to set up your computer and work while you wait. My service adviser, Jason Archbell, was helpful and professional. This is the dealership you want when you purchase a luxury car. This is the experience you expect when you deal with Lexus. I’ll be working with them for a long time to come. More

I have been to other sites that make you breakfast while waiting but th My experience with this site was really good. They are very customer friendly. I have been to other sites that make you breakfast while waiting but their cafe only has bagels, danishes, cookies muffins, chips, kind bars and any coffee you can think off. So that’s why I gave it 4 stars but other than that the customer services and the effiecintness of the facility is Awesome! More

As soon as your service doors opened they had everything ready. I was able to get in an hour run while my oil was being changed. I had perfect timing- my car was done when I got back. They really looked over my car and found a nail in my tire. Zero pressure to buy a new tire right there. I will definitely bring my car here for service and most likely buy my next Lexus here (when I am ready). More

First time taking my ES300h in there for servicing This was the first time I have used this dealership for service. Fantastic service that started the minute I drove into the service lane. Was greete This was the first time I have used this dealership for service. Fantastic service that started the minute I drove into the service lane. Was greeted before I could get out of the car. No waiting for a Service Writer either. Very high tech. No paper forms - all electronic. Was notified after I left that I needed a few things done that was not on the scheduled maintenance (wheel alignment, tires needed replacement (photos to show why), etc. I was able to select which items I wanted done on my phone and authorize service. The car was ready by lunchtime (8am dropoff). Car looked great. Oh, and the waiting area is awesome. Coffee bar with baristas. :-) More

Lexus Wesley Chapel I’ve been a loyal Lexus customer since 2005. New Wesley Chapel location is nice, and all of the staff was very professional.
