Service on 2007 RX400h I needed a couple of things fixed on my 2007 Lexus RX400H. I called and got an appointment and loaner for the day I called. Matt in service greeted me I needed a couple of things fixed on my 2007 Lexus RX400H. I called and got an appointment and loaner for the day I called. Matt in service greeted me upon arrival and we went over everything that I needed addressed. He then brought me to their customer waiting area where they have a free cafe and IPads waiting for you. This is the nicest car dealership that I have ever seen. I was in the waiting area for maybe 3 minutes before someone came to bring me to my loaner. Everyone was “black tie” courteous and professional. More

First class service I selected Lexus of Wesley Chapel as the dealership to perform my 60,000 mile vehicle maintenance. Jason Archbell, my Service Advisor, was fantastic. I selected Lexus of Wesley Chapel as the dealership to perform my 60,000 mile vehicle maintenance. Jason Archbell, my Service Advisor, was fantastic. He completed my paperwork in a timely manner and gave me a tour of the new facility. He advised me of the approximate work timetable and offered me the use of a loaner vehicle. I also called the 1-800 number to make Lexus of Wesley Chapel my "preferred dealership". (At the suggestion of Mr. Archbell). I received a complimentary tank of gas for doing this and my car was washed and vacuumed. My car was also completed ahead of schedule. Great atmosphere, professional staff, courtesy over and above and top notch service. More

Just under 50 minutes he came and got me and took me out to my car, which had been cleaned. The waiting room is very nice - big TVs, comfortable chairs, and nice refreshments offered. More
1st Service on my Lexus 570. 10,000 miles service Matt was great! Originally scheduled for service on 5/26/18, I was able to drop my SUV off on 5/25 since I was in the area and got a loaner. My SUV Matt was great! Originally scheduled for service on 5/26/18, I was able to drop my SUV off on 5/25 since I was in the area and got a loaner. My SUV was done sat and Matt even had it washed again, because he was not satisfied with the appearance. When I picked up the SUV, it looked great! I am definitely coming back to Lexus Wesley Chapel. We took it in because our normal shop who has done marvelous work on the vehicle previously, did not have the proper diagnostic equipment. Turns out, it was just in need of a new battery! Very thankful for quick answer and great customer service. Just one thing...our radio lost all of our stations. Previously, at other dealerships, they made a note of those and re-programmed once the new battery was installed. Minor annoyance, but... More
