The environment is akin to a luxury resort and the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely helpful. I took my car in for an oil and filter change and happened to test drive a new car while I waited. I ended up buying the car the next day. There was no pressure to purchase and they took excellent care of the non-Lexus I brought in for service. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and I will be going strictly to this dealership for any and all my future service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More
