Good morning, It isn’t often that I take time to write a note complimenting a company for excellent customer service, but today that is the case. Last year I switched from being an S class Mercedes owner to an LS class Lexus owner. I made the choice of thinking I would be giving up some of the amenities afforded Mercedes owners but felt the reliability of the Lexus would be worth it. Since my purchase, I have had the opportunity to have my vehicle serviced by Lexus of Wesley Chapel at least 3 times. My first service was assigned to Bobby King who provided an experience equal or better than any I had at MB of Tampa. Of course, I thought maybe the favorable experience was due to me being a new customer but I quickly discovered this isn’t so. Each of my subsequent service appointments met or exceeded my expectations! I want to personally thank Bobby King for his professionalism and attention to detail. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been forthright and honest. I would also like to acknowledge the Lexus of Wesley Chapel dealership. I would like to say it is universal to the Lexus brand, but after first going to Lexus of Tampa I, unfortunately, found this isn’t the case.
