Lexus of Wayzata was pristine! Their large waiting area was fully stocked with coffee, tea, water, snacks, and plenty of comfy seating for everyone. The used Lexus we purchased had only been at the dealership a few days when I took it for a test drive. The car needed a lot of cleaning and detail work done and Helton and I went over everything it needed. When we arrived the following week to conclude the deal everything had been done and the car looked great. All promises made were kept and there was no hard sell, pressure or surprises with the paperwork at the conclusion of the transaction. Five stars for everyone involved in our purchase. More

Accepted for inspection and repair service without an appointment. Provided a loaner NX for the weekend. Inspection report and recommendations received promptly on Monday morning.
