My wife and I purchased a Lexus GX 460 from Lexus of WaterTown. We had the privilege of working with Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ). Ussa was assigned to us by default as we had shopped online and spoke to WaterTown. We had the privilege of working with Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ). Ussa was assigned to us by default as we had shopped online and spoke to the finance manager, Alex, prior to our visit. We informed Alex of our expectations and time frame of visiting the dealership to view the inventory that evening. Ussa had the vehicle; we initially were interested in pulled up and cooled. It also looked like it had a quick rinse- it’s the little things that count. We test drove a couple different models. Ussa was very patient and his product knowledge was on point. He was very easy to work with as he was personable and he actually listened to our needs. He also entertained my teenagers in the sitting area while my wife and I discussed our decision. Upon arrival for delivery, I scoped the parking lot and realized the vehicle was no where in sight (as most dealer have the cars parked out front) Ussa greeted us at the door with water bottles and welcomed us inside. We walked with Ussa through the hall to the delivery area where the vehicle was parked with a huge red bow on top. Again, it’s the little things that count. We were both breathless- He said he realized it was my wife’s birthday and did that kind gesture for her. Amazing! The process was painless and fast and the vehicle was ready for the time promised. The team at Lexus of Watertown truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Ussa, Alex and Watertown Lexus for a great experience that I will remember for life. You have my Lexus business. More

On the date of drop-off, Mariel advised us of a recommended service as well, and coordinated that for us during the same visit(I neglected to inquire about it during my original call when making the recall appointment). I had also forgotten to inquiry about a possible loaner vehicle and I was quite relieved that Mariel had already made those necessary arrangements for us!
