I am extremely happy with the quality of service both of these individuals provided. They were attentive, courteous, considerate and above all very helpful in many ways. I am a persistent Lexus owner who is planning to buy another Lexus. Due to the great service I received, I am inclined to continue going to Watertown Lexus. More

When I returned to my home in Somerville I perused my customer copy. My interest is with mileage in and out.Motoring to my 10:30 appt I was observing my odometer because I wanted to determine the distance from my house. As I was nearing your location I was focused on the mileage 36993, waiting for it to turn to 36994, which it did'nt. My copy sheet states that it was road tested, but was it, unless it was driven on a bowling alley. You also mentioned that I needed a new right rear tire, that I am not denying, but,it is not listed on the customer copy. I have bought many tires over the years and it never makes good sense to buy one tire at a time, as any good sales person would tell you. Please explain, so I can sleep this weekend. I just got called a liar by the head of pre-owned I bought a certified vehicle from this dealer two years ago. The vehicle came with McGard wheelocks. I learned today when I tried to buy new tires f I bought a certified vehicle from this dealer two years ago. The vehicle came with McGard wheelocks. I learned today when I tried to buy new tires for the car that the key that the dealer gave me did not match the locks on the wheels. The first thing the head of preowned sales said to me after I explained the problem was: "Wait a minute. You are telling me that the wheels have not been removed in two years. Didn't you rotate the tires?" I explained to him that the tires (about which I was not complaining) had been rotated regularly by another Lexus dealer where we have the car serviced. He then blamed that dealer (who I know uses a master key and has never asked me for my key) for switching keys. When I suggested to him that he should accept responsibility for a screw up by his dealership instead of blaming me or others, he hung up on me because I "raised my voice." Shortly after we bought the car I put the key we received in the first aid kit that came with the car and have not removed it until today. Does Lexus of Watertown seriously think I was trying to cheat it out of a $15 key? More

She is always friendly and greets me by name even when I am not there for a service appointment. I've seen her greet her other customers by name during my visits as well which just shows how dedicated she is to her job. In my most recent visit, I had my state inspection done. This went smoothly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with their car wash station during my visit which she apologized for and offered a free mini-detail on my next visit for any inconvenience. It's obvious she genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and does whatever it takes to keep her customers happy. I look forward to having a continued relationship with Amanda during the life of my vehicle. More

I can say Amanda Carr. a Lexus of Watertown service departm I've had my car serviced at all 4 eastern Massachusetts Lexus dealers in the past 5 years. I can say Amanda Carr. a Lexus of Watertown service department consultant, is one of the best consultants I've had the pleasure to deal with. I'm sitting in the dealership right now as I write this waiting for my vehicle. Even though the dealer is having another busy morning, and even though my initial service write up was with another consultant, Amanda went out of her way to personally greet me in the waiting room. She then continued to keep me informed to the progress of my visit, and promptly followed up with me to explain some additional recommended work and what items needed attention and what could be held off. Her professionalism and friendly approach, while abundant in the new sales showroom, is rare to see in most service departments. The service department in any dealership is critical for maintaining the ongoing relationship between the dealer and the customer well after the initial sale is made. Amanda Carr is the reason why I would consider Watertown Lexus at the top of my list for my next purchase, even though I did not purchase my current car here. That's a pretty big endorsement for any service consultant, however it's well deserved. More
I was having a problem with Verizon. They seemed unable to provide me with a cell phone that was compatible with the Bluetooth in my new Lexus. Chad Tinti has been the service advisor for my husband and I for the last 4 years. He has always been very personable and honest. He never has the repairs started without calling and talking it over with and I for the last 4 years. He has always been very personable and honest. He never has the repairs started without calling and talking it over with us and he will tell us exactly what needs to be done at the present moment and what can safely wait.We always get a loaner and can keep it for as long the cars are being serviced, at least 1 or more days if needed. If Chad happens to be on vacation when we call to schedule an appoinment, we make it for when he is back. That's how much we value his professional opinion and the excellent service he provides! Had a serious AC leak which soaked carpets - bad experience at nearest Lexus dealer so came to Watertown where car had originally been bought and serviced. Chad Tinti, my Service Advisor, was fant experience at nearest Lexus dealer so came to Watertown where car had originally been bought and serviced. Chad Tinti, my Service Advisor, was fantastic - replaced carpets and mats under warranty and I had 30K service done also. They gave me a beautiful loaner and brought my car back to my office and picked up loaner. I have never been treated this well at any dealership..didn't think it was possible. I am now a Lexus of Watertown customer and plan on buying my next Lexus here also. Lexus of Watertown knows how to treat their customers!!! I am more than impressed. More
